Accelerator Physics
The accelerator physics group studies the physics of particle charged beams in accelerators and is responsible for the performance analysis of the accelerators that form the synchrotron light source. Machine upgrades, new operation configurations and overall analysis of any modification proposed for the light source are also in the scope of the group’s activities.
